There are several new home subdivisions in the Town of Liverpool New York.
One new subdivision is the new "Parade of Homes" in Liverpool New York. This community will open to the public for a preview on Saturday September 10th and will end on Sunday, September 25th. The hours of operation will be from 11am-6pm on Saturdays and Sundays and from 1pm-8pm on weekdays. The top builders in the area will show case their "model" home(s).
I personally like the location in Liverpool and the price range, which is more affordable compared to other "Parade of Homes" offerings in the past.
