Learn the real estate business with our team. Real estate is a great way to learn about business and relationships. Our outreach program is for students who are thinking about the real estate business.

The Syracuse area has recently been acknowledged as the most affordable place to own a property, so now is an ideal time to jump in and discover this ever changing business. With this program students will work with the CNY Agent Team in all aspects of the business, including real estate tools, listing and marketing practices, and contract procedure and policies.

We are currently seeking schools to partner with and have availability for Spring 2015 Semester students to join this program.

What you can expect from this program:

  • First-hand knowledge with team leader Bob McTague
  • Learn the basics of New York State MLS System
  • Discover the legal side and/or paperwork from contract to sale
  • Gain experience with listings, showings, and/or open houses
  • Exposure to consumer's and clients needs/wants
  • Master the marketing of digital and print real estate advertising
